Andrew Zhang, President
Andrew Zhang is a senior at Crescent Valley High School in Corvallis, Oregon. He began learning Go in 2013 and attended his first US Go Congress in 2015. He is AGA 1D and KGS 5D. In 2018, Andrew won the top division in the American Youth League and North American Kyu Championships. Andrew placed first in the B Division of the 2020 New York Youth Go Open. He served as the Tournament Director for the Pair Go Tournament and an Assistant Tournament Director for the Double-Digit Kyu Tournament of the 2020 US E-Go Congress. Outside of Go, Andrew enjoys playing basketball and badminton.
Sophia Wang, President
Sophia Wang is a senior at Millburn High School in Millburn, New Jersey. She has played Go for nearly a decade and is currently 4D AGA. She enjoys competing at tournaments throughout the year, most notably representing the US in the 29th Pair Go Championship. Sophia teaches kids how to play Go at her local Chinese school and has recently started a Go Club at her high school. Outside of Go, she enjoys debating, skiing, traveling, and writing scientific studies.
Katherine Xie, Vice President
Katherine is a senior at Pingry School in New Jersey. She is currently AGA 2D. She placed 2nd in the Women’s Tournament at the 2019 US Go Congress and won the senior division of the National Kyu Championships in 2017 and 2018. Katherine has also volunteered for Go organizations and events, such as the 2020 E-Go Congress. In school, she founded a Go Club to promote and share the game with other students. Outside of Go, she enjoys playing squash, running a blog, and traveling.

Frederick Bao, Tournament Director
Frederick Bao is a freshman at Sidwell Friends School in Washington DC. He has played Go for 9 years and is AGA 5D. Frederick has represented the US in the 34th World Youth Go Championship and won the Open Division of the 35th US Go Congress. Outside of Go, he enjoys reading, watching football, and playing ice hockey.

Tina Li, Promotion Head
Tianyi Tina Li is a junior at Irvington High School in Fremont, California. She has played Go since first grade and is AGA 3D and Chinese 5D. She has competed in local, national, and international Go tournaments. She won the 2018, 2019, and 2020 AGA Girls Cup. In 2019, she represented the US in the 30th International Amateur Pair Go Championship. She has founded Go Clubs in several schools and taught kids to play Go since eighth grade. Outside of Go, Tina enjoys singing, playing basketball and watching films.
